Once the unofficial mascot representing the city of Susaki, now a rebellious icon in the fight against advertisements until there's nothing left but this insane fairy-baby otter plastered all over social media, to only share their wild stunts and shenanigans of course! Who knows what intentions CHIITAN truly has under that suit and those big ol' eyes, if there's even a person under it. For all we know, the suit might've been brought to life by some entity! Is the turtle they're donning on their head the one controlling their every move? One thing's for certain, this otter is surely gonna grow restless with the tricks they're performing that'll earn the coveted position they ever so desire!
